Configure a Mac computer to connect to your Content Policy to start blocking online content.
We highly recommend using the Installation wizard we provide in your Tech Lockdown account dashboard. It will walk you through the installation process.

Cloudflare One Client
The recommended way to connect your Mac computer is to install the Cloudflare Warp application. For step-by-step instructions on the Tech Lockdown dashboard, go to Content Policy > Mac for full setup instructions.
First, download the Cloudflare One client for Mac and run the installer file. You should be presented with a window like the one pictured below:

Follow the installation steps provided by the installer.
Afterward, you can open the Cloudflare One client by finding the cloud icon on your taskbar; click it to open the Cloudflare Client
When you first open the Cloudflare One client, you should see a window like the one pictured below:
Select the Continue button under the "Cloudflare One Client" option. You will be prompted to enter your team name, which you can find on the Tech Lockdown dashboard by going to Settings > Connection > Team/Organization Name.
Cloudflare One should open a browser window once you provide your team name, and the client will look like this until you finish signing in on your web browser:
In the browser window that opens on your web browser, enter the Email address of the Member you want to sign in to the device. If you've added multiple email addresses (or would like to double-check), you can view a full list of available email addresses from the Tech Lockdown dashboard by going to Settings > Connection > Cloudflare Authorized Emails.
You will receive a confirmation pin sent to the Member’s email. Enter this pin.
After confirming the verification PIN, you should be prompted by your web browser to open Cloudflare One to complete sign-in. Your Mac computer should now be connected to your Content Policy.

The Cloudflare Warp application isn't working
In some cases, Cloudflare Warp may have trouble on some versions of Mac OS.
In some cases, you may need to completely uninstall and reinstall the Cloudflare Warp client:
- Make sure the Mac Enforcer Tool is removed. Instructions for removing the tool are found on the Tech Lockdown dashboard under Tools > Mac > Enforcer Tool > Uninstall.
- Uninstall Cloudflare Warp from your Mac completely.
- Re-download and reinstall the Cloudflare Warp client.
In some cases, you can install the Cloudflare One App instead of using the Warp application. On some versions of Apple Silicon, the Cloudflare One App is much more compatible than the normal Cloudflare Warp client. You can find this on the App Store here.
