If you've set a passcode and can't remember it, you can send a code to a secondary email to unlock your profile.
Step 1: Add a Secondary Email to your Profile
First, you'll need to add a secondary email to your profile. If you haven't added a secondary email yet, follow the instructions in this article.
Step 2: Select Forgot Passcode
After a secondary email is added to your profile, you can recover your passcode by doing the following:
- Start the process of unlocking your profile
- Select Forgot Passcode when asked to enter a passcode
- Send the Recovery Code to your Secondary Email
- Enter the pin sent to your secondary email
Note: The email may be marked as spam by your email provider, double check all spam folders if you don't see the email.
