If you've set a passcode and can't remember it, you can send a code to a secondary email to unlock your profile.
First, you'll need to add a secondary email to your account. If you haven't added a secondary email yet, follow the instructions in this article.
After a secondary email is added to your profile, you can proceed to unlock your profile by following these steps:
- Select Unlock Profile
- Select Forgot Passcode when asked to enter a passcode
- Send the Recovery Code to your Secondary Email
- Enter the pin sent to your secondary email
Note: The email may be marked as spam by your email provider, double check all spam folders if you don't see the email.
