If you've tried blocking websites and can still visit them on your device's browser, please try these steps:
- If you've blocked the website on your Content Policy, verify that your device is connected correctly.
- Visit adult.techlockdown.com in your web browser; you should see a "This connection is not Private" message in your browser or the block page.
- Double-check that your browser's cache has been cleared; see how to reset your browser's cache.
- If you've blocked the website using the Config Generator, check that the most recent version of the config is synced to your device; see how to do this for iPhones and for Macs.
- If possible, check another browser on your device. The Content Policy works best with Safari, Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Firefox; other browsers may have issues.
- If possible, disable any browsing extensions (if you have any installed). Some ad-blockers may cause issues with the filter.
