If an app is being blocked, even though you haven't blocked it directly, there are a few things you could check:
- Some apps (like banking or video streaming apps) actively block incoming connections using a VPN. Some of these apps might think Cloudflare is a VPN and block it, but you can fix this issue by switching the Filtering Mode setting to "DoH (DNS only)". See how to do this in App Preferences.
- Check your Traffic Logs and search for the app that is being blocked (if your app isn't listed, look for blocked requests)
- Try disabling all rules on your Content Policy and see if the app remains blocked; you likely need to check block rules and view your Traffic Logs to determine which domains you need to allow.
