If websites you've blocked are still accessible from your browser or block pages aren't working after being installed, it may be necessary to completely clear your browser's cache.
First, confirm that your device is connected to Cloudflare correctly. If you've already done this and you are connected correctly, proceed to the next step.
For most Chromium-based browsers, like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave, follow these steps:
- Open the Browser. We recommend closing any open tabs.
- Click on the three dots near the top right and choose Settings.
If you're on a smartphone, it should be similar.
- Search Settings for "Clear Cache". Under Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.
- Make sure both "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked and the Time range is set to All time. You don't need to delete browsing history, password/autofill, or download history.
- Afterwards, completely restart your browser. This may require you to force quit the application.
On Mac, restart your browser by right-clicking the icon on the Dock and choosing Quit.
