Why am I seeing this page?
You’re seeing this page because this device is still connected to an older, retired version of Tech Lockdown’s DNS filtering service that is associated with an inactive account.
Access to most websites has been intentionally restricted on devices that are still connected on inactive accounts.
What do I need to do?
To restore normal internet access, you must remove the old Tech Lockdown DNS configuration from this device.
You have two options:
- Uninstall Tech Lockdown from this device (recommended if you are no longer using the service), or
- Migrate to the current version of Tech Lockdown, which uses a newer platform and is fully supported
How do I fix this?
Follow the uninstall instructions for your device here:

- Remove the DNSFilter application from a Mac computer
- Remove the DNSFilter application from a Windows computer
- Remove the DNSFilter app from an Android or iPhone smartphone
- Remove DNSFilter configuration from your Router
Once the old DNS settings are removed, internet access will return.
