Why am I seeing this page?
You’re seeing this page because this device is still connected to an older, retired version of Tech Lockdown’s DNS filtering service.
All devices and routers using the older version will have their internet disconnected completely if proper steps aren't taken to disconnect your devices from this older version.
What do I need to do?
To prevent any issues when this happens, you must remove the old Tech Lockdown DNS configuration from this device.
Since you have an active account and subscription with the older version, you automatically have a subscription to the newer version. You can access the dashboard with the same email address you used on your older account.
To prevent any disruptions to your internet when DNSFilter is officially retired, you have two options:
- Disconnect the older version from this device, and
- Migrate to the current version of Tech Lockdown, which uses a newer platform and is fully supported
How do I fix this?
Follow the uninstall instructions for your device here:

- Migrate to the newer version from a Mac computer
- Migrate to the newer version from a Windows computer
- Migrate to the newer version from an Android or iPhone smartphone
- Migrate the configuration on your Router to the new version
Once the old DNS settings are removed, internet access will return.
