There is a chance you might see an error, "No Devices Detected," even if your iPhone is plugged into your Mac computer.
Double-check the connection to your iPhone:
- Check the cable you're using to connect your iPhone; you usually need to use the official Apple charger or the cable that came with your iPhone. Off-brand chargers may not transfer data correctly.
- If your Mac has another port available, try using that port instead.
- Worst-case scenario, restart your Mac and iPhone.
