Try these steps first, before reaching out to support:
- Restart the Application, then attempt the process again.
- Disconnect your iPhone, then reconnect it to your iPhone; ensure that you select Trust when prompted.
- Double-check that you're using an official Apple cable; for example, the charging cable that was originally packaged with your iPhone
- Double-check that you've downloaded the correct version of the Supervised Mode Setup tool; your Mac could either be Intel-based or use Apple Silicon, so please ensure you're using the correct version.
